Throughout his career, Mr. Wiggins has concentrated his
practice in the areas of criminal and personal injury litigation. His professional
associations have included the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (vice
president), the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Western Circuit Bar
Association (president).

Mr. Norris
focuses
his practice on trial work, particularly business, partnership and contract
disputes, construction matters, personal injury litigation, and criminal
defense. In the construction field,
he represents contractors, subcontractors, and owners in construction
litigation, lien and bond claims, and contract review. Blaine is a past or present member of the
Georgia Bar Association, the Western Judicial Circuit Bar Association
(Board of Governors 2007-2008), the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association
(GTLA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Georgia
Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL).
