Introduction
In 2000, Mark Wiggins and Blaine Norris joined together to form Wiggins & Norris LLC as a general litigation and trial practice firm. In 2007 Mark and Blaine associated Shannon Coffey to expand the practice. Mark, Blaine, and Shannon handle personal injury, commercial litigation, contract disputes, DUI, criminal defense cases, divorce and family law in all courts in Athens-Clarke and surrounding counties. Our Basic Principles
We believe that the practice of law is an honorable profession whose chief end is service, and that we are called into our profession to assist our clients in a manner that incorporates common sense, aggressive advocacy, absolute fairness and fiscal responsibility. In a nutshell, we want to represent our clients the way we would want to be represented. We try to be goal oriented in our approach to each legal matter – and our goal is to build a client’s case, not to build a large legal file.
We also recognize that the question “What is legal?” is not always the same question as “What is right?”, and this idea guides our approach to each client and each case.
